One Winters day at the beach in New Zealand…

I decided to see if I could capture a few of Moonbob’s slides on his new Sugar Glider.

I had no idea what was about to unfold as a few locals returned home from their fishing trip with dreams of fresh fish for lunch, something they have done many times before. Little did they know they would spend all day just trying to get back off the beach!

The dilemma for me was should I capture the action in or out of the water? or just go to help to save the tractor? As the tide pushed in, Moonbob’s waves got better while the tractor looked more and more like a lost cause.

This was despite the community rallying to the fisherman’s aid and throwing all their tractors at it.

Just as the tide was about to swallow the tractor whole and turn it into our newest surf break, along comes Big Green and they all lived happily ever after.

Cheers, Roger.
